Common questions.

What does "accredited investor" mean?+

Under SEC Regulation D, an accredited investor is generally an individual with annual income over $200,000 ($300,000 joint) for the past two years, or net worth over $1 million excluding primary residence.

How does the 12% preferred return work?+

The 12% preferred return is paid to investors before IWP earns any promote. Unpaid amounts accrue and must be paid before any GP distribution. Industry standard is 6–8%.

What reporting will I receive?+

Quarterly financial reports including occupancy, NOI vs. underwriting, distributions, and Purposed CARE impact metrics. Annual audited financials (Institutional Fund). K-1 each tax year.

Is IWP available for Advisors?+

Yes. IWP is available to qualified financial advisors and RIAs through leading institutional custodial platforms, with dedicated support for onboarding, implementation, and ongoing advisor relationships.

Can I speak with prior investors?+

Yes — we facilitate reference calls during diligence. We strongly recommend speaking with at least 2–3 references before subscribing.
